Does my brand need a refresh? There are many reasons for needing a brand refresh. First you need to understand why you feel it needs one. Some of those reasons may be: Your logo is obviously outdated and doesn't reflect who you or your brand are now. This often happens as your business direction or values change. If you can see this, your customers may see it too. Your logo doesn’t work across different platforms and social media (meaning it may not be optimised for the digital age). You only have a logo, not a brand experience. In todays world, often a logo isn’t enough. Customers expect a cohesive experience that spreads across all forms of media, marketing, websites and more. Bringing these all together is something that I can help with.

My business is just new, can I just get a logo?Yes. I can work with you to create a logo to reflect your brand. But your logo is just one piece of your whole Brand Identity. A full brand experience covers the whole spectrum, and portrays your brand as being genuine, organised and professional. It pays to consider the bigger picture.
-
What is included in your Brand ID package?Every business is different, and I take the time to understand your business right from the very beginning. Together we will create, fine tune and customize your unique brand ID. I will recommend what will work for you and your budget. For ideas on what services I can provide click here.
-
What do I need to do to start? The fist thing that is helpful for me is to get an idea of who you are, your brand and your needs. You can fill in a simple online form which will send me this information. Then we can arrange a consultation over the phone, video call or in person. Find the form for new clients here.

I've got an old website but want to start fresh - what do I need to do?If you want to change providers and create a fresh new look, where you can have full control of your website, we can do that. Your domain can be transferred to a new provider, and the new website can be built on your own account where you will have full access. I will also need access as your website developer and technical support person. I can talk you through the process at our initial consultation.
-
Do I need a domain first? No. If you haven't registered a domain for your website, I can do this for you or guide you though doing it for yourself.
-
Do I need to provide images and written content?Yes, you'll need to provide good quality images and written content before I start your project. If you don't have those, I can supply stock images or arrange professional photos or video at an extra cost. I can also arrange copywritten content (provided at an hourly rate). The more you can supply at the beginning the sooner your site will take to complete.
-
I'm not exactly "tech savvy". Can you show me how to edit my website?Yes absolutely! I include a one hour training session in all my website projects, so that I can show you the basics. If you're not confident or don't have time to maintain your site, I also offer a monthly management package to do the mahi for you.
-
Can I get a quote?Yes of course! I can give you an estimate for the cost you may pay, or a detailed written quote. Since every project is different, there's no "one price fits all" so once we've talked about what you need, I can tailor something just for you.
-
Do I have to pay a deposit?Yes, usually. For certain jobs, a deposit of 30% is required as confirmation to proceed and to cover any initial costs. The full balance will be required on completion. (You will have 7 days to make payment).
-
Do you offer payment plans? For larger projects and to make things affordable and manageable for you, I can break payments into instalments. These can be paid at regular intervals. A deposit will be required, and you will be able to keep track of your balance when you receive your invoice(s).
