1. Quotes, Proposals & Payment Options

If you need a written quote/electronic proposal, I can provide this after we discuss what you need.

Step 1: First I need you to fill out the NEW CLIENT INFORMATION FORM. (below)

 

STEP 2: Once I have your details, a detailed proposal (and/or payment terms) will be sent to you via email.

STEP 3: Please read your proposal thoroughly. Reach out if you have any questions.

 

Step 4: You can accept a proposal/quote by selecting ACCEPT on the proposal form. Or fill in the from on this page to give your approval to proceed.

2. New Client Information

Please use this form if you have been asked to provide some information before  I start on your project. This information is helpful if I need to create a Proposal for you or send a Quote.

3. Signature Required

Please use this form (on the right) if you have been asked to provide a signature before  I start on your project. This will verify your approval/acceptance.
